Mubashir Mushtaq is an Indian legal professional who was called to the Bar in 2013 and is enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi. He earned his B.A.LL.B. (Hons.) from the Faculty of Law, Aligarh Muslim University, one of India’s distinguished institutions, and later completed an LL.M. in Constitutional and Administrative Law from Uttarakhand Technical University, Dehradun. Mubashir is a prolific litigator, primarily practicing before the Supreme Court of India, the High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh, and several other High Courts, tribunals, and forums across the country.

He is known for his contributions to civil, service, criminal defence, and commercial litigation, while also gaining prominence in Intellectual Property and Arbitration & Conciliation law. Mubashir has handled numerous socially significant cases and has represented both governmental bodies and private corporations. His legal work includes more than 15 important reported judgments in legal databases such as Supreme Court Cases (SCC), All India Reporter (AIR), SCC Online, Manupatra, and Verdictum.
